Looking for Artist!

Hello I am a writer and often attempt to draw but it has always been a dream of mine to make a manga! Yet I lack the skill of an artist and require a partner. I was hoping an artist with enough time to put a panel a week in would be willing to help! I have a few story ideas i thought best to find a curious artist first before putting my uncopyrighted ideas freely onto the web. So! If any of you wonderful artists have the time i would love and be honored (along with indebted) to work with you respond if you wish to know more.
